Chính quyền thủ đô New Delhi của Ấn Độ sẽ khởi động một chiến dịch chống ô nhiễm và làm sạch thành phố từ ngày 18/10.
Chiến dịch sẽ được triển khai tại 100 nút giao thông trải dài trên 13 khu vực hành chính mà cảnh sát thành phố phụ trách. Mỗi chốt giao thông sẽ có từ 10 - 20 tình nguyện viên dân phòng trực làm nhiệm vụ phát các cuốn sách nhỏ tuyên truyền về bảo vệ môi trường.
